Returns Policy

We believe your purchases will make you purrrrrrr with delight, but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item.

Goods may be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. Returned items must not be worn, soiled, or damaged in any way, and must be "as sold". This also means that the items must be returned with the original tags still attached. It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed. Simply complete and detach the returns slip sent with your order, making sure to enter the most appropriate reason for return and fill in all relevent details. Then post the item to our returns address.

Goods must be packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit. The responsibility of the goods remains with you until we are in receipt of the goods. Goods are returned to us at your cost. We recommend you obtain proof of posting.

Customers exchanging goods will be charged the appropriate delivery charge on their new order. On receipt of the returned item we will refund the payment card the price paid for the item.
